I normally love everything that Anthropologie does, but something about this video made me a little uneasy when I first watched it a few weeks ago. I just re-watched it, and I feel the same way. I've been trying to put my finger on what bothers me about it, and I think it's the Anthro awards so much dignity to their model and so little to the Indian people on the street and in the background of the little film. I still think it's beautiful and enthralling - it just doesn't sit right with me.
